合同会社repoject（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するモバイルおよびデスクトップ向けアプリケーション「DelnaList - 録画検索＆Excel」（旧名：DelnaExcel、Google Play パッケージ名: com.repoject.delnaexcel）および「BDList」（旧名：BDexcel）（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報およびプライバシーデータの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 基本方針（ローカルファースト設計）

本アプリは「ローカルファースト（Local-First）」を基本原則として設計されています。ユーザーの端末内または家庭内ローカルネットワーク（LAN）内で処理を完結させ、ユーザーの個人情報、視聴履歴、録画番組一覧を当社のサーバーまたは外部の第三者サーバーに収集・保存することは一切ありません。モバイル版のサブスクリプション（アプリ内課金）に関する購入情報の取り扱いは、第2項および第3項のとおりです。

2. アクセスするデータと利用目的

サブスクリプションの購入情報（※モバイル版のアプリ内課金） 購入状態の確認・復元と不正利用の防止（アプリの機能）、および利用状況の把握（アナリティクス）のため。 Apple社のApp Store、および購入管理サービス「RevenueCat」（RevenueCat, Inc.）へ暗号化（HTTPS）通信で送信。送信されるのは購入履歴と匿名の識別子のみで、氏名・メールアドレス・録画番組の情報は含みません

3. 外部送信・第三者提供および広告SDKについて

  • 広告SDK・行動追跡トラッキングの非搭載: 本アプリには、Google AdMobをはじめとする広告表示SDK、および広告目的でユーザーの個人を追跡するSDK（トラッカー）は一切含まれていません。
  • 購入管理SDKの利用: モバイル版には、サブスクリプション（アプリ内課金）の購入管理のためにRevenueCat SDKを組み込んでいます。購入履歴は匿名の識別子とともに処理され、ユーザーの個人情報には関連付けられません。広告やトラッキングの目的には使用しません。
  • 個人情報の販売・共有の禁止: 当社がユーザーの個人情報、端末情報、録画データを第三者に販売、貸与、または共有することは一切ありません（上記の購入管理のための送信を除きます）。
  • 外部サーバーとの通信が発生する場合: インターネット経由での外部サーバー通信が発生するのは、モバイル版でサブスクリプションの購入・復元および購入状態の確認（アプリ起動時などに行われます）を行う場合に限られます。

4. データの保持と削除

本アプリが取得・生成するデータ（レコーダー設定情報、エクスポートされたExcelファイル等）は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ存在します。本アプリをアンインストール（削除）することにより、端末内の設定データは直ちに消去されます。サブスクリプションの購入情報は、Apple社およびRevenueCat社において、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って保持されます。

Privacy Policy for DelnaExcel & BDexcel

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile and desktop application "DelnaExcel - 録画検索＆Excel" (Package Name: com.repoject.delnaexcel) and "BDexcel", developed and distributed by repoject LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Local-First Architecture

DelnaExcel is designed under a strict Local-First privacy principle. All processing of TV program titles, recorded metadata, and local recorder discovery is executed strictly on the user's local device and within the local home network (LAN). We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your personal data, recorded contents, or viewing history to our servers or any third-party servers. Purchase information for in-app subscriptions in the mobile app is handled as described in Sections 2 and 3.

2. Data Access & Purpose of Collection

  • Local Network Access & Wi-Fi Multicast: Used solely to discover DLNA/UPnP compatible TV recorders (e.g., Panasonic DIGA, Sony BDZ, REGZA) connected to your local Wi-Fi/LAN network.
  • Device IP & Settings: Stored exclusively within the device's secure local app sandbox to remember your chosen recorder configuration.
  • Recorded Program Metadata: Program titles, recording timestamps, channels, and descriptions are processed in memory solely to display search results and generate downloadable Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets. This data is never sent to external servers.
  • Subscription Purchase Information (mobile in-app purchases): To verify, restore, and prevent fraudulent use of subscriptions (App Functionality) and to understand usage (Analytics), purchase history is transmitted via HTTPS to Apple's App Store and to the purchase management service RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) together with an anonymous identifier. It does not include your name, email address, or any recorded program information, and it is not linked to your identity.

3. Third-Party Sharing & Trackers

  • No Advertising or Tracking SDKs: The app contains NO third-party advertising SDKs or ad trackers. The mobile app includes the RevenueCat SDK solely for managing in-app subscriptions; purchase data is never used for advertising or tracking.
  • No Sale or Transfer of Data: We never sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties, other than the purchase management processing described above.
  • When External Communication Occurs: The app communicates with external servers only when the mobile app purchases, restores, or checks the status of a subscription (including at app launch).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

All data generated by the application resides entirely on your device. Uninstalling the application completely deletes all local configuration data immediately. Subscription purchase information is retained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
