BDList プライバシーポリシー
合同会社repoject（以下「当社」）は、BDList（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末の識別子などの個人情報を収集しません。利用状況の統計や広告のためのデータも収集しません。
2. 本アプリが読み取る情報と保存先
本アプリは、利用者のパソコンに接続されたブルーレイドライブのディスク（BDAV形式）から、録画番組の情報（番組名、録画日時、放送局など）を読み取ります。読み取った情報は、利用者のパソコン内（ダウンロードフォルダ内の本アプリのフォルダ）にExcelファイルとして保存するだけで、当社や第三者に送信することはありません。
3. 通信について
本アプリは、インターネットを通じてデータを送受信しません。また、外部からの接続を受け付けることもありません。
4. お問い合わせ機能について
本アプリの「不具合報告・使い方質問」「一般問い合わせ・改善要望・感想」のボタンを押すと、利用者のパソコンのメールアプリが開きます。メールは利用者が内容を確認したうえで、ご自身の操作で送信するものです。お送りいただいた内容は、お問い合わせへの回答と製品の改善のためにだけ使い、法令に基づく場合を除いて第三者に提供しません。
5. 改定
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本アプリのストア掲載ページでお知らせします。

- Information we collect: BDList does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, location, or device identifiers. It does not collect usage statistics or advertising data.
- Data the app reads and where it is stored: BDList reads recorded program information (program titles, recording dates and times, broadcasters, etc.) from BDAV discs in a Blu-ray drive connected to the user's PC. It only saves this information as Excel files on the user's PC (in the app's folder inside the Downloads folder) and never sends it to us or to any third party.
- Network: BDList does not send or receive any data over the internet, and it does not accept incoming connections.
- Contact buttons: The "bug report / how-to question" and "general inquiry / feedback" buttons open the email app on the user's PC. Users review the email and send it themselves. We use what they send only to answer the inquiry and improve the product, and we do not share it with third parties except as required by law.
- Changes: Any changes to this policy will be announced on the app's store listing page.
